Singing is a lot like life. Be prepared, Find your place, Give yourself support, Breath, Focus and Achieve!

To sing from the soul and with ease can be learned. Your body is the instrument and it’s up to you to play it correctly through your breath and the correct techniques to build strength and confidence. My teaching method will give you an understanding and the tools of how to use and find your voice without force. To embody control, power and supported ease to produce the quality, tone and vocal flexibility you desire.

Sharon Roberts is a dedicated performing arts educator with over 30 years of experience as a seasoned educator, mentor and performer herself. Sharon has taught both private and in public settings for Voice, Chorus, Acting, Stage Presence and Band. Sharon gained a California teaching credential in Media/Entertainment and has taught grades K- 12, inspiring students of all ages to find their creative voice and confidence on stage, blending practical industry knowledge with her passion for the arts.  Sharon is now performing as lead vocalist in the Antelope Valley Big Band and her own Jazz group and is a Director for Cedar Street Theatre Organization,

as well as teaching privately. Sharon's teaching philosophy centers on empowering students to be bold, expressive and authentic performers.
